What should I do if I can’t find my Wilder Frets concert tickets?
The quickest way to find your tickets is to sign in to your AftonTickets.com account using the email address you used when purchasing. Your full list of 2025 ticket orders will appear there. If you’re still having trouble or need further assistance, please contact us at info@wilderfrets.org.
Please note: Printed tickets or emails are not required. Our Welcome Team will check you in at the concert using a digital guest list, similar to a restaurant reservation.
Do you offer refunds?
No. Wilder Frets concert ticket sales are final and cannot be refunded or exchanged for another performance.
Can I give my ticket(s) to someone else?
Yes. Tickets may be transferred to another person through your Afton Tickets account—the same account you used when purchasing. A step-by-step transfer guide is available at the link provided. If you prefer assistance, our Box Office can complete the transfer for you for a $10 per ticket fee. Please email info@wilderfrets.org or call (541) 324-3938
Do I need to bring seating?
Yes. Please plan to bring your own camp chair or blanket, as seating is not provided at the concert sites. If you use a high-backed chair, be considerate of others and avoid obstructing their view.
Are dogs permitted at Wilder Frets concerts?
It depends. Pet policies vary by venue, so we recommend reviewing the details listed on each specific event page before purchasing tickets.
Are children welcome at the concerts?
Yes. Wilder Frets classical guitar concerts are open to all ages. The complete concert experience includes the use of wireless headphones, which requires a ticket. Many attendees come to enjoy a peaceful connection with nature, so we ask that children are supervised at all times. You’re welcome to bring quiet activities—such as drawing or reading materials—for children to enjoy while listening. Please note that at venues with additional amenities, such as private gardens or gondola access, tickets may be required for every attendee, including children, regardless of headphone use.
What happens if the weather is bad—rain, heat, or smoke?
Wilder Frets concerts are held outdoors and are rain-or-shine events. We recommend that guests come prepared for the elements, bringing sun protection, rain gear, or layers for heat or cooler temperatures, depending on the forecast.
When might a concert be postponed or rescheduled?
On uncommon occasions, a Wilder Frets concert may need to be postponed or rescheduled due to extreme weather or other emergency situations. In such cases, you will receive an email notification by the morning of the event. Our team will request a confirmation from you to verify that the message was received. If we don’t hear back, we may follow up by phone or text using the contact information you provided. To make sure you receive all updates, please add info@wilderfrets.org and support@aftontickets.com to your email contacts.
Why must I fill out every question when purchasing a ticket?
The information you provide is collected anonymously and compiled into data that plays a crucial role in grant applications, helping to secure funding that supports Wilder Frets and its mission.
Am I allowed to smoke, vape, or drink alcohol at the concert?
It depends. Smoking and alcohol policies vary by venue, so we recommend reviewing the details listed on each specific event page before purchasing tickets.
Are headsets included with my ticket?
Yes. Wireless headsets are included and are an integral part of the Wilder Frets experience, allowing you to enjoy the performance up close or from a distance (2 mile radius) while exploring the surrounding landscape. Please note that personal headphones will not work with the concert’s audio system.
Is cell service available at Wilder Frets concerts?
Many Wilder Frets venues are in remote wilderness areas where cell service is limited or unavailable. We strongly recommend checking the venue address in advance and printing or downloading directions before you head out.
Can I bring a picnic to enjoy during the concert?
It depends. Policies regarding outside food and drink vary, so please review the details on the specific event page before purchasing tickets.
What is a Wilder Frets Arts Access Ticket?
The Wilder Frets Arts Access Ticket program offers complimentary or discounted tickets to individuals and groups who might not otherwise have the opportunity to attend our concerts, ensuring that our music is accessible to all.
How can my community, school, or group request Arts Access Tickets?
